Painting: A Cosmic Trip
Wild Painting and development of other autonomous styles: 1990 - 1993

To have a smooth journey, better the traveler is mostly faster than light. Even like speed of thoughts you dive into a world of light bullets, deflected by sun beamed into high gravity fields. Follow the lights with its own logic into the micro world and experience here several encounters with alien sensors. Triple the speed of power in the infinity you get into the intermediate and are now simultaneous between all spaces. There exist quiddities, dancing to rather strange time patterns, gobble up orders and cleverly walk around the central mechanism psychoses. They observe not often, but amused the "Slow Comic" (Earth), where live a population who had certain difficulties to exist.

This also painted story was inspired by a true strange event, that happened to me in 1971 on a Berlin Motorway:

Strange experiences happened long time ago in autumn 1971. I remember exactly, because the incident took place with me and my former car, a Renault R4 which I owned this time.

At a night out about 11 o'clock I drove alone out of the city with my old rickety car on the Berlin AVUS-Freeway to leave at the next exit.

The highway has still two lanes, no lighting and roadside vegetation proliferated almost to the hard shoulder. It was pitch black and only the dim lighting of the radiotower visible in the rearview mirror. No oncoming traffic, no other car. My old vehicle growled with about 60 mph to bring me home.

A flash, coming up from behind, shot some extremly glaring rays to me. I only saw white light in the rearview mirror, even a wave of energy crushed through me and the moving car flickered brightly in all colors (picture "touched one" / Image brochure available). This very strange and weird phenomenon shot up to the left in the night sky and disappeared (picture "touched two" / Image brochure available).

By my subjective feelings this "injection" acted about one second, the whole sequence perhaps five seconds. I've started sweating and trembling, drove slowly, felt helpless and delivered. The nightly street was still isolated, no other human traffic around me. But at this moment I was intuitively quite clear that this must have been an encounter with an alien power.

Next day told friends and colleagues about this occurrence, brought me derision and disbelief. Of course, you should not consider but it's possible, I've repressed and forget this strange incident after few weeks. Later I'm even completely distanced by "so-called" things over many years.

In Steven Spielberg's movie "Close Encounters Of The Third Kind" (USA 1977) the cosmic lights partially shown very similar. But I regained my memory until much later.

Not by this fascinated movie what I saw on several occasions but a friend's question about the mystique of the very aesthetic crop circle pictograms in UK brought my mind back to my own strange experience in 1971. But it was in 1988, about seventeen years later.

By the naive question of my young companion "how UFOs look like" was by a helping descriptive example from the Spielberg movie a recollection of my alien experiences suddenly fully present again. During that conversation we're walking by rain in the forest. At first I had to sit still down on a damp mossy tree trunk. It was like a flash of lightning again as I experienced this after so long had deep buried in my mind.
